Helen is from a generation that if something happens emotions can wait!! My mom reminds me of Helen. Cancer couldn’t take her because she wasn’t gonna give up! It’s so depressing knowing this generation is going to all be gone one day. 🥲 R.I.P. I’m so truly sorry for her loss. Very happy she made it down safely. 🩵🙏🏽🩵

I can almost guarantee that the reason he can't see the balance of his screens is because he has on sunglasses that makes it impossible to see the screens. They're probably working just perfect!

Sounds like flying small planes alone is just an accident waiting to happen.. the imbalance of the fuel tanks is something any pilot of such aircraft would be aware of.. since the dude can clearly see map of where he was i am not sure i get this nonsense about disorientation and he couldnt see the coastline.. flying through a cloud bank would do the same.. if the conclusion is that jfk jr is an experienced pilot heaven help us all if flying in such death traps... RIP

An amazing story. I already listened to three event on a You Tube channel, it was good to see the guy who flew the plane.

Kinda shocked nobody asked him how many people or fuel was onboard until 30 min in.

God deffinately had a guardian angel watching over Helen. The pilot who guided her to the ground certainly deserves kudos for the excellent skills and ability to communicate calmly with her. It's so sad her husband passed away but this is such a inspirational story.

You sound like a JFK Jr. fanboy. He left too late, should've used the auto pilot to help him. He flew to close to a commercial airplane and scared that crew. Missing toxicological testing after several days in the water. I'm guessing he was pulling an uncle Teddy.

This was so preventable. He had more than enough $$ to fly private charter.
